We celebrated 25 years of World Book Day by dressing up as characters from our favourite books. We had a costume parade outside as a whole school and talked about our costumes. P1/2 played musical chairs and when the music stopped they read the book on that chair. They then had a book scavenger hunt to find a range of pictures in books. P3-7 listened to a World Book Day rap by MC Grammar and ordered book covers mentioned in the rap. Well done boys and girls (and adults) for the effort and enthusiasm displayed in the costumes.
