Lesson 2 was called 'Find Symmetry in Nature'. The children worked together in small groups and used their numeracy skills to identify and create symmetrical patterns in nature.

The children were given iPads and had to try and find symmeterical patterns within nature and capture pictures. The pictures were then printed out so the children could demonstarte the lines of symmetry using other natural materials like twigs, sticks and stones.
