We used double cream to make butter! We poured the double cream into a jam jar and shook it lots and lots! 11 minutes later the cream separated into butter and buttermilk. We used a sieve to separate the liquid from the solid. We put the butter in the fridge for 10 minutes. We had crackers and butter for our snack. 🧈🐮🫙🥛
