Our Shared Education theme this year is Outdoor Learning.  For the first activity we walked around our woodland area and identified the natural items and the things we liked about it.  We liked the trees, the large grass area and the animals and birds that we find in it.  We discussed what sustainability meant and how we could be ‘greener.’  Our school uses a sustainable form of energy to power aspects of our school, solar power.  We discussed what our perfect woodland would look like and drew pictures to describe it.
